Lions Club of Hyderabad East is one of the oldest Service Organizations, providing care and assistance to empower various sections of the society and enabling them to live healthily and happily. Serving the Community since 1968, LCHE has been at the forefront of charitable social service in the Historic City of Hyderabad, the Capital of South Indian State of Telangana and the rural areas in the vicinity.
One among the 46000 clubs of Lions Clubs International, LCHE presently has 65 Members, from various walks of life with eminent social and professional standing.
What do we do ?
We conduct activities with the motto of "we serve". Whatever the humanitarian need, be it health, empowerment of the weak, Environment, Youth engagement, Blood, Eye and Organ Donation, adoption of Government schools, services and aid for orphanages, Lions are ready to come together and help.
We meet twice a month and plan activities and projects to serve. The club functions on the guidelines laid down by the Lions Clubs International. (www.lionsclubs.org)
